THANK YOU for participating in our TAILS411 PET Business Directory & Calendar!! 
This is not just another calendar...there are 12 non-profits featured to help bring awareness to the community of the services they provide, plus highlighting our resource center to those that need help with their pets AND includes a business directory. A one-stop-shop for all your pets needs and wants! 
 
What's next: 
  • Please submit at least 3 pictures you might want to enter by emailing them to [email protected]. These photos should reflect what your organization does! If you do not have animals directly (like a rescue), a photo from one of the pets you help would be great! (whoever received help with spay, neuter, vaccinations, microchips, medical help, etc) I will check with the printer to see if they will work (should be 300dpi), then get back to you to finalize. 
  • I will be sending your logo and mission statement with your photo to the printer to be designed. This part will be done by the first week in September! Calendars should be printed and ready to go by October 1st! (hoping to avoid elections and holidays!!)
  • You will receive a free calendar for your participation! If you want to order some in bulk for your organization to sell at events as a fundraiser, you can order them for $6 each through me to re-sell for $12 or whatever you choose. Just send me a message and we can work that out. 
  • If you have any supporters purchasing a calendar, you will receive 50% of the proceeds, so you can earn money as well! Supporters just need to enter your name at the bottom of the jotform application when they order. https://form.jotform.com/TAILS/calendar-pre-order-form ***You do not have to sell calendars, this is just an added benefit if you so choose :)

  • You CAN use as a fundraiser, you will get $6 out of the $12 per calendar towards  your organization. This is NOT required, only if you choose, NO obligation!
